It's possible to protect the acces to your alert thread by a password:
- Connect you as Administrator.
- Click on the action button "Alert thread".
- Check the box "Protect the alert thread access by password" and enter the wanted password.
- Insure you that contacts/persons you will send the URL link knows the password.
- Click on "Save".
After receiving the URL link, the contact will be invited to introduce the password before access to the alert thread.
