The deadline represents the total maximal time that a contact has to answer to an alert before AlarmTILT passes in the following actions.
After this period :
- If other actions are configured on the step, the contact can answer the alert, its answer will be taken into account and the objective will be updated with this answer.
- If the procedure ends, its answer will not be taken into account. On the report, it will appear but it will be indicated " too late Answer - not taken into account"
You can also configure a deadline when you send a simple message.
