How to use system fields ?

System fields are different to user fields because it can be used on all procedures.

It is possible to use it :

  • Into a message
  • As destination of a message

Into a message :

In a message, choose to display "System" fields and select correct fields. Then, copy the field on different variations of messages.

 

Choose fields type you want to insert in the message. For example #{LaunchingDate}" and "#{LaunchingTime}":

 

Then, copy the field "#{LauchingDate}" and "#{LaunchingTime}" in the message :

 

In the message which will be send, the date and time of the launching of the procedure will appear :

Available fields :

LaunchedBy : Data concerning the Procedure Launcher (Private and Professional telephon number, his address email, his name,...).

LaunchingDate : Date of the launching of the procedure.

LaunchingTime : Time of the launching of the procedure.

ModifiedBy.name : Name of the procedure launcher.

OwnedBy : Data concerning the owner of the procedure. This variable is to be included in the launching form, to be able to modify the owner at the launching of the procedure.

ProcedureDescription :The description under "Properties" of the procedure will appear.

ProcedureName :The name of the procedure will appear.

Revision : The number of revision of the procedure will appear.

SystemDate : The date and time of the launching of the procedure will appear.

Contacts.S001 : Data concerning contact(s) of step 1 of the procedure (Private and Professional Telephon number, his name,...)

Contacts.count.S001 : Number of destination(s) in the step 1 of the procedure.

Alerted.contacts.S001 : It concern the name of contacts which are alerted in the step 1 of the procedure.

Alerted.contacts.count.S001 : The number of contact(s) which are alerted in the step 1 of the procedure.

Not.alerted.contacts.S001 : Contact(s) which are not alerted in the step.

Not.alerted.contacts.count.S001 : Number of destination(s) of step 1 of the procedure which are not been alerted.

Responded.contacts.S001 : Name of contact(s) which are replied to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded.contacts.count.S001 :Number of contact(s) which are replied to the step 1 of the procedure.

Not.responded.contacts.S001 : Name of contact(s) which are not replied to the step 1 of the procedure.

Not.responded.contacts.count.S001 : Number of contact(s) which are not replied to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded.contacts.yes.S001 : Name of contact(s) which are replied "yes" to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded.contacts.yes.count.S001 : Number of contact(s) which are replied "yes" to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded.contacts.no.S001 : Name of contact(s) which are replied "no" to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded.contacts.no.count.S001 : Number of contact(s) which are replied "no" to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded.contacts.other.count.S001 : Number of contact(s) which are replied an other thing that "yes" or "no" to the step 1 of the procedure.

 

As destination of a message :

In a message, insert destinations by filtering on step 001, for example :

Available fields :

Alerted S001 : Destinations will be the ones who were alerted in the step 1 of the procedure.

Contacts S001 : Destinations will be the same that in the step 1 of the procedure.

Not alerted S001 : Destinations will be the ones who were not been alerted during the step 1 of the procedure. Be carefull : not alerted because not reachable for example. This field does not alert destinations who were not alerted because the goal was completed before them.

Not responded : Destinations will be the ones which have answered nothing on the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded NO S001 : Destinations will be the ones which have answered "no" to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded OTHER S001 : Destinations will be the ones which have answered other thing to the step 1 of the procedure.

Responded S001 : Destinations who are replied (No matter what) to the step 1 of the procedure will be alerted.

Responded YES S001 : Destinations will be the ones who have replied "yes" to the step 1 of the procedure.
