It's possible to add conditions to messages.
In the launching formular, a field must be configured. For example, "Impacted department": if the départment 1 is impacted, only some contacts must be alerted. On the other hand, if the department 2 is impacted an other contact group must be alerted.
A condition must be established on the message:
As you choose the destination of the message, check the box "advanced options". A link appears to add conditions.
Via this link, you can add conditions you need.
To add other destinations or conditions, click on the button
