There are two types of use of the mobile application: The user can be "Destination", or "Procedure launcher".
The Destination is a user who doesn't have the role "Procedure launcher" or doesn't have the permission to launch a procedure in the web interface.
A Procedure launcher is a user who has the role "Procedure launcher" or has the permission to launch a procedure in the web interface.
