How to add an event?

After creating the Calendar, it's necessary to add events to indicate date/time and destinations.

  • Click on "Add event"
  • Select the concerned Calendar
  • Enter the period in which the contact could be alerted
  • Select concerned contacts

  • Select "Repeat" if it's a repetitive event (if a repeat is necessary, precise the repeats, days of the repeat and the end of the recurrency).


  • Click on "Save"
  • When you select the concerned calendar, the event displays on the calendar.
